READ THIS: Please DO NOT PAY until you message me  – SEE BELOW
1.  You may need a computer running Windows 8 or Windows 10 with internet access and a micro-usb cable to connect the tablet to your computer to get the information I need from your tablet.  When you are ready to pay, let me know and I will send instructions on what to do next.
1a. If you have one of the newer tablets, I may be able to access it remotely WITHOUT using a computer. You would just need a wi-fi connection or a personal hotpot on your phone to be able to connect the tablet to – please message me BEFORE paying so we can be sure this method will work with your tablet – cost is $15 to do it this way – only works with certain models
2. Please message me the model number of your tablet – it is listed on the back and should say NX16a8 or NX16a10
2. Please message me the serial number on the back of your tablet (starts with YFGV)
3. Make sure your touch screen allows you to enter numbers for the code.  If the touch screen is not working or says THIS TABLET HAS BEEN LOCKED, I cannot help you.  If you are just stuck on the Nextbook logo screen I might be able to help you.
4. I will tell you when to pay for the item on Ebay.
5. I will send further instructions either through email or messenger – use your mouse to zoom in on the top of the photo of the activation screen – you can reach me that way quicker
